Prime Data Centers operates a data center campus at 1600 East Higgins Road in Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois, where it broke ground on the first building in November 2022. The company topped out that first building, ORD01-01, in June 2024; it delivers up to 72 megawatts of power across three stories and 384,000 square feet.
The full campus is planned for three buildings and 180 megawatts of power at build-out, with ORD01-02 planned for 54 megawatts and ORD01-03 for another 54 megawatts, though Prime has not said when either will be finished.
