Keppel DC Singapore 2-4 groups three separate data center buildings Keppel DC REIT owns at 25, 27 and 20 Tampines Street 92, each on its own leasehold title running to 2051, 2052 and 2050. Building 2 has 5 tenants and was 98.2 percent occupied at the end of 2025, building 3 has 2 tenants and was fully occupied, and building 4 has 4 tenants at 94.5 percent occupancy.
Keppel completed buying out its remaining minority partners in buildings 3 and 4 on February 12, 2026, giving the REIT full ownership of all three buildings.
