The facility, at 3003 Woodbridge Ave, is TIA-942 certified and located a short drive southwest of New York City. It has two data halls in operation, with space set aside for future build-outs.
The site includes an onsite solar panel array, and Iron Mountain markets the location as more flood-resistant than a Secaucus data center while offering lower taxes than a comparable New York City site.
