TierPoint·Operating
The Bellevue Data Center at 1001 Fort Crook Road North in Bellevue, Sarpy County, Nebraska, is TierPoint's Omaha (Bellevue) facility, an operating data center offering colocation and managed services. TierPoint calls it a telecommunications hub for the central United States and links it by high-speed connection to its other regional data centers, including its Omaha (Midlands) site.
The company lists more than 100,000 square feet at the site, with more than 21,000 square feet of raised floor. Five redundant generators provide a combined 5.5 megawatts of power with at least 48 hours of runtime, and the building includes 10,000 square feet of business continuity workspace with 300 recovery seats. TierPoint says the building sits outside the 500-year flood plain.
